Thermal-Matic Systems Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1986 and produces a wide range of variety coils to meet our customer's requirements and is providing customers with the finest replacement coil. The company’s commitment is Quality, Innovation and Customer’s Satisfactions which has served as our driving force for over 28 years.
Since then, the Company has grown – NOT ONLY in measure of factory and equipment, but also in firm resolve to be the “BEST” in what they do and established itself with developed a reputation among our clients for the quality of the products.
Since 23 September 1998, the Company has been awarded ISO9002 Certificate and now up-graded to ISO9001 Certificate. This Certificate of Approval is awarded from Bureau Veritas Certification (M) Sdn Bhd which accredited by UKAS. The management of Thermal-Matic Systems has adopted the Quality Management Standard to monitor and operate along the line drawn down in ISO9000.
To expand and improve the production process standard, the organization has implemented the International Standard of Quality Management System, where the organization demonstrates its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements. In addition, the organization enhances customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer requirements.
The company is able to size and select products to meet customer’s specific performance requirements. We have carefully planned on processes and providing the evidence that the processes are systematically carried out as our plan. The company is confident that all sort of verification is being done confirm to the plans and that the plans continue to be suitable for meeting the customer requirements.
